I usually never post anything, but this time I really have to say that I’m so disappointed that the beautiful and fascinating Witch Doctor class is missing in Diablo IV, and I say this in hope that Blizzard will notice and hopefully, some day, take action. Diablo IV is addictive and amazing, and I, along with my friends, had so much fun during the open beta. Yet, the lack of my old favourite class brings me down a little bit. Please Blizzard, release a DLC asap making it possible for players to choose this class of voodoo spirits, zombies, beasts from the depths of jungle, wicked tikis and rituals in a renewed and improved style. Please please please

Necromancer is just way more popular.
Maybe Witch Doctor is an DLC for later. Blizzard should better concentrate to get a useful balancing in the existing classes.
Honestly unsure we will see the witchdoctor again as is. Too much overlap with the necromancer, but people qqed so much over not getting their beloved goth that blizzard finally caved and dlc added him in d3. That he wasnt the necromancer.
And druid have stolen the secondary pet class role.
Other classes are coming later which is all part of the long term plan…Amazon and Paladin have been mentioned from the Diablo-Know-it-Alls as the first choices and probable next classes…sure W.D will eventually show up. Plus they’ve mention “New Class”…???
The currently hinted at next class appears to be a mashup of the javazon and the paladin. Spear and shield user. Given that there is no more genderlocked classes, dont expect it to be called amazon or valkyrie, but something more generic holy themed.
I think she left the voodoo doll of her self in the bathtub and drowned. I did hear a Necromancer raised her as their third skeleton summon though…
See lots of similarities with necro and WD. Thats prolly why barbs dont have shields. Cause paladins would about the same as barb. Also assasons are same as rogues too. So i would be surprised if they added a WD of assassin or even paladin. I hope they make a ttotally new class like a death knight or warlock or vampire hunter of some sorts.
