i noticed that maxroll is not updated and some items that are deemed to be random drops actually drop at certain bosses. e.g. paingorgers are constantly at grigore. Anyone know if flickers step is the same at a specific boss now?

World Drops
These items aren’t attached to any specific boss loot pool. They can be obtained by converting Common items of the same base type into Uniques via the Horadric Cube, or by finding them as a random drop.
(If you amalgamate all of your boss mats, and/or craft unique boots in the cube, you’ll get it in no time…)

i would advise you to use white boots to cube it to unique, way way faster to get flickerstep and even 1st will get it.

Every Boss Lair encounter can drop items from the General Unique Pool in addition to their boss-specific Uniques, though the main bulk of boss drops are dedicated Uniques. This pool consists of the following:
Paingorgers are indeed a little exception, they do drop from grigoire tho. As for the rest, see above.
I did read all of it x 10. There are a few exceptions to the rule and the azurewrath, signet of pelghain, shard of verathiel all have undocumented drop locations. The point of the post is to see if anyone knows undocumented locations where flickerstep consistently drop, not to question whether I have read maxroll.
IDK about boss pools specifically.. Usually the better items drop from Astaroth, but pretty I got mine from “Craft Unique” feature.. I’m just not using it (yet) though
eeek, careful. Astaroth has a boss loot table just like all the other bosses. ^^

I haaaaaate Astaroth. He seems to have 100x the life of any of the other bosses on the same difficulty. So not only does he take longer to reach, he takes longer to kill.
idk, with the warplan node that gives you three options in esclating dungeons i kinda like it. Every gem is tied to one of the splinters.
but then again, i ended up playing a penshot rogue at first (serious, i had no choice, i got the eaglehorn in mythic super random early^^) and then i got bored, and thought i could play that fancy new warlock build ^^
still want to go for necro with deadly strike on a dot build… but aion2 and aniimo got me for now ^^
please just go cube the white boots.
i got sick of keep getting flickerstep where i am trying to cube a pair of sabatons warlock boots.
