I have the quest tracked and nothing is showing up on my map. I’ve been Googling it for 20 minutes and I can’t find a single thing about where the dungeon entrance is.
Someone please help I feel like I’m going crazy.
I’m level 99 in World Tier 4 btw.
it’s in the church from the very start of the game Novask wayshrine.

Don’t bother. The fight is effectively impossible for someone not level 100 and in very good gear with a build tailored for single target.
Also, it’s honestly pretty badly designed. Hitboxes are off sometimes, there is a ton of variance in her skill usage (like the waves being spread apart sometimes and other times squished together, no tells for the pattern she is picking, etc), and involves a ton of 1 shot mechanics.
It’s not worth even attempting unless you are willing to dedicate many hours to dying to her.
I’ve spent ~4hrs on it (and some more time just watching videos on it) and only have gotten a couple of P2 attempts.
I definitely have enough damage and survivability to do the fight, but you are right about the wonky hitboxes.
