Where is a board and sword class?

Remember when the crusader charged in with shield bash and pounded the hell out of hell? Unfortunately that doesn’t exsits in Diablo 4. So sad.

How about something like this.

It was more important for them to make up some class nobody actually wanted, and make us wait for the thing that should have been included at launch (a plate/shield paladin-type class).

Can’t wait to play the Jungle Druid… oh excuse me “Spiritborn”

More like a Jungle Monk with some powerful friends.

i never got into the DI stuff to be honest. i mean the intro is kinda cool yea, but ugh the graphics are worse than d2r and d3. i also dont really get a vibe for the story there to be honest ^^

do they have some dedicated forums? if so, i think i should visit them to tell them how much i dont like DI

I was thinking about the Blood Knight as a class not Immortal the game.

If you’re going to have a being from hell as the antagonist, then you need a holy plate warrior as the protagonist. Not some tarzen wannabe class that hid when diablo destroyed the barbarian village from D2.

hah^^ thanks for the link. :stuck_out_tongue:

i assume the blood knight would fit better currently into the d4 story than a paladin, but yea, in the end we just will have to wait. im kinda excited for the spiritborn. wont be my main for sure (i return to my necro since s0 ^^, tho, this time the rogue caught me ^^), but it does looks interesting.

thats not how the diablo lore works. no ^^

Diablo lore has been asspull since all the original devs left. What’s next, fat druids? Who wait, thats already been done.

diablo lore has been established with diablo 2 more or less. neither the burning hells, nor the high heavens care for sanctuary.

(except for tyrael, and actually matheal, because you know, we were the lesser evil. when “uber” diablo got defeated, the demonic force left were the nephalem, hence why mathael went on his rampage)

but yea, i guess you got no clue anyway. sooooo… keep begging for your “holy plate armor class”

I don’t think you got the memo. This is post-modernist Diablo, where everything that is holy and righteous is aktually bad.

Yep, modern audience wants an obese druid and a necro who is so weak and fragile from anorexia that “it” can’t fight.

Pretty sure the game so far showed the local holy orders either dying out or just as corrupt as the “bad guys”…especially some of the side quests.

Sanctuary is a garbage world where literally everything is awful day in and day out. Wouldn’t be surprised after the events of 3 and 4 thus far to find out that the Order of Inarius was actually pretty much the last bastion of holy warriors and welp…

Hey, maybe you’ll get a ronin-style paladinesque character in another expansion or two.

But yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it’s never been a need, Diablo 1 was the nicest state we’ve ever seen the world in and it took place BENEATH A CATHEDRAL and none of the classes was a holy anything.

or ancient audiences care way too much about how big, or slim a character is.
