6 Nightmare dungeons this morning and not one. I am confused.

They are not guaranteed to drop in every dungeon,
But they are only dropping in dungeons higher than level 30.

It’s bad. If you need/want one of the uniques from Beast in the Ice, distilled fear feels like they’re just flipping you off. When they buffed Living Steel but left this WORSE drop rate as is, also felt like they were flipping the bird right in my face.
-FINALLY got what I wanted from Beast in the Ice so now I usually try to not even think about it and have these things stacking up in my stash.
I mean, it’s distilled fear. They are hiding because they are afraid…

Distilled fear should only drop from the butcher.
The only S2 complaints I have is:
- Distilled fear grind is a bit much
- The UI for leveling Vamp Powers is horrible
The beast drank them all in a rager last night.
Additional upside to the beast, it doesn’t get killed by you today. Win-Win for the beast in ice.
worse part if your inventory is full, the fear goes poof… they really need to use the “quest” tab field for some of this overflow stuff… there is just too many things that fall in that invetory tab
