Hex of Shattering

  • Damage done by your Witchcraft Effects afflicts enemies with Hex of Shattering causing them to deal X reduced damage for 5 seconds.

  • At Rank 8: When any Hex Effect is applied to Headrotten, all damage will be guaranteed Critical Strikes for 5 seconds WOW!

Trying to theory craft with this as the 100% crit is ultra good.

Are headrotten only going to be in certain areas or will they also spawn in pit and hordes?

Working on a Ball Lightning build. Got an all eldritch version idea and an idea based on Breath of the Coven.

Also have an idea for crackle energy int stack build using soul harvest, toads wish, fren of the bog, and other stat stacking items like cameo.

I’m assuming they’ll only be in the headrotten helltides but the season 7 preview may have said otherwise.

Another question. Is elder sigil 25% increased damage or 25%x increased damage. It has to be multiplier or its useless.

I’d assume the smaller numbers are all going to be multipliers.
