Where and how do i sell all my unique items?

Hello.
So, i got a bank full of unique items because i refuse to salvage them in case they will become usefull one day. However my bank is almost full of them.
So i was thinking that maybe there is a place where i could sell them. Like an Action house system or a website. Don’t really want to spam chat in game…

Is there such a thing?
