Earlier today, I could not find the vendor to use my Obols. Is he out to lunch and PTO? I literally went to every section and he is no where to be found.

only big waypoints has the vendor to spend obols, if you hover down the waypoints you will see what they have there…
It’s not there. I used obols a few days ago, but maybe I’m in part of the game that doesn’t allow it?
I have the same situation. Cant find the vendors anywhere.
In kyovashad the vendor has been moved to near where the original stash/wardrobe were located
Its getting colder outside, she moved indoors and setup a table in the Kyovashad inn
