When the double drop chance for ubers will end?

In the match notes it says 8 Jan, but it is very important to know exactly the hour and timezone, especially for us, europeans.

10 A.M. PST, convert that to your local time zone and there you go. As of posting this though, roughly 20 minutes to go, better farm fast.

Edit: It’s gone.

I had around 500 kills. No Grandfather, no doomblade.

130 Azurewraths. Sometimes two dropped at once.

Definitely not wasting my time on this exercise in futility this season and ever. Mats are stupid to farm and playing other characters is problematic. I can’t effectively level and play alts because I have no place to store the gear anyway so I think the only thing I will do in S3, is log into the eternal realm and transfer my best gear, then log out.

The game got better in S3, but it really just isn’t enough.

They need to stop developing content for the cash shop and start fixing this mess.

Source of that time?

Every major patch (not hotfixes), start/end of bonus event, new season, etc. has always been 10 A.M. PST, since Blizzard is in California, USA. If you look back at the previous events, S1 had the Exp & Gold event end at 10 A.M. PST, S2 November event also ended at 10 A.M. PST, Midwinter Blight also ended at 10 A.M. PST, and logging into the game (as of right now) confirms, this one also ended at 10 A.M. PST

What are you talking about brother?

I asked when the double chance ends, not how many attempts you made.

Thats interesting, usually they end everything on tuesday am update.

Interesting they stopped at 10 am today pst as opposed Tuesday early am - I remember I heard one possible explanation why they used tuesday as the rollout for these was to cover the people who had work weekend type of schedules.

Anyway, it ran for a long time, so I don’t necessarily think a tuesday end was necessary unlike some of the 1 “weekend” buffs.

I would agree with you but the November bonus of exp and gold ended on a Monday as well. Now the September event ended on a Tuesday, so did the Midwinter Blight event, and obviously all major patches/seasons. Wish they would make up their minds lol.

Well, it’s official now.

It’s official that my interest in this season has concluded, i’m sure many feel likewise.

LOL, that’s the problem with these type of buffs for eternal players. We now know double drops may be a more routine possible buff, so unless farming for a regular unique, could see eveyrone hoarding matts til the next doubled drop weekend or event.

For seasonal players, you are loosing thius stuff in 2-3 weeks anyway.

Who?

I refused to even play season 2 and I was like level 30 in season one when I decided to give the game a long break until they added better gear, fixed seasonal ladders, produced a proper end game since they robbed us of loot farming and trading like in D2.

I’m glad there are still some people who enjoy what was given. I’ve never been able to stay addicted to the game. I’m a lvl 100 Barbarian with very good gear and no desire to farm mats to get a chance to drop a Uber unique.

Uber Uniques should be falling from all over the game and be trade capable. There should also be way more items and better itemization.

Not gonna happen. There is already WAY too much RMT going on.

Then why nerf drop rates for Ubers? If you removed trading of them your pool is limited to what you can farm. It makes no sense in a season (3 month game) to complete builds… Soul sucking!

They didn’t want you to work towards builds. The idea when they started was figuring out how to use whatever you picked up on the way to 100, and that was it. Game over.
They also didn’t figure alts would be a thing.

Essentially, they completely failed at reading the market.

If it becomes regular, I’m sure that’s exactly what most will do. The rest are the ones that play 16 hours a day and have to have the best of the best right now or do not know any better.

Yes… they also failed at understanding what made D2 a monumental success for over 20 years…. that game had perfect itemization.

However I can understand that 3rd party sites and bots made that game kinda broken. But look there is still bots and 3rd party sites selling mats in D4.

Might as well give us back the loot farm method. I need my dopamine fix!!

Well, the RMT just really ruins it for people who use RMT.

The reason why D2 is still running is the loot find relative to itemization was neverending so to speak.

D2 players spent years farming for runes enabling them to play as they wanted in hell. Itemisation was beyond horrible before LoD so I’m not sure what you’re talking about

If anything, Diablo and in another case, Battlefield share the same particularity : these ip always become good when an expansion is involved, never until then
