I am in WT3 and have finish the campaign, but have not see the world boss option on the map yet. What am i missing?
I saw it spawn once and did it on my rogue but not sure if it was meant to or not haven’t seen the icon since then was at like 5 am PDT or something
As soon as I hit 55 it popped up on map.

That’s the odd thing my rogue was 45 with other 30/50’s mixed so not sure if there’s a level requirement still
I have been trying now for days to get a bleeping answer on this, here and elsewhere. It bugs the living *$&# out of me that Blizzard has yet to A.) create a wiki/info site for these very answers and B.) Nobody in the know seems to respond.
I did see a couple of times bosses spawning. One I was way too far away with him spawning in like :03 seconds when I noticed. Second time did get there, spent 5 minutes and after seeing Ashava’s health drop from 100% to 99.9% I decided I had better things to do than waste 10 more minutes.
But…BUT. we have no idea or information as to when or how it spawns, frequency, or if it is the same location every time. Another thing, I ONLY noticed when I happened to be looking at the map. No in game message of any sort. So apparently we are suppose to sit there all day with eyes just on the map?
There isnt. I had a bunch of lower levels, lowest being level 5.
In a game this morning and did see a World Boss spawn. I read elsewhere that Helltides run every other hour (one hour active, then one inactive, repeat). So it begs the question, do the WBs spawn on a similar schedule, if so what is that? I have yet to see any WB spawn during any other event so far (Legion, Helltide, ?)
If there is a particular spawn timer, then it’s not on the hour. I killed Ashava last night and it spawned around ~1:10am EST in Scosglen.
From what I remember from interviews, the spawn timer is variable and I think the locations are too.
I had no problem seeing the world boss spawn in the Beta and Server Slam but I haven’t seen it in full release. I am lvl 55, WT3 and have played ~12 hrs since I finished the main quest with no sign of any world boss. I have seen Legion Events (but not lately). It’s sooooo annoying cause WB drop good loot that’s hard to get else where.
It drives me nuts that this game has timed content, but then doesn’t tell you when and where it’s gonna be.
