this time about a Barb played from beginning now level 60 paragon 60, still no earthquake aspect, seems like it stuck on same handful of aspects that drop have about 7 totally maxed and still getting same ones??? when do the other aspects start dropping? this has happened to 2 of my char this season. IMO by level 60 you should have all of the aspects to start on your endgame build but nooooo im still floundering around in a starter leveling build even in engame.
