When do legendaries start dropping?

I’ve been inspecting some random 40ish characters and many of them have 4-5 pieces of legendary equipment already. Im only 33 but also only have a single legendary drop so far. When do they start dropping?

  2. youre not doing any events
  3. they drop a lot more at WT3

The legendaries rain in wt3.

You’ll get more of them in WT3 and by doing World Bosses.

Until then, make your own legendries using unlockable Aspects.

i don’t use any of the legs that drop: they all have crappy stats no matter what.

now converting rares to legs is where it’s at.
