Right outta the gate it “felt” like it’s going to be a good run. You know the feeling you get when, even at the very start, the Hordes run is going to be really good?..Several Surging Elites and Hellbornes, at least double the 50% faster spawn rate option. The Butcher showed up twice, once as an option and the other was just a random spawn.
Never had that again…

I got around 2100 once from perfect soulspire rolls with multiple doubles in a party with 3 others we just camped each spot. Each spire was giving tons it was nuts.

I think 1,470 in a group of two has been my highest
Solo, I did a 1260 once.
I had spires in mine. I dont mind them. They generate more mobs which means killing them starts a new event quicker.
18XX got 3 x Surging Hellborne.
