So far, for me it has been Bonespear Necro. To be fair, its the only class I’ve played to max level as I have not been motivated to play much but things are a changing and I am feeling more inclined to create another toon.
I did play a little of Druid and it was ok. I hear it shines farther down the line.
Tried a little of Barb too and I did smile watching it smash things lol.
So Im curious to hear some opinions on your faves!

D2R druid by far. These zoomer characters suck on every level.

Barbarian. I like some of the other classes…but nothing give me the raw power feeling of barbarian. I’ve always ventured toward that character type in every game. Ever since Age of Conan really.

A mix between the Rogue and Necromancer for me.
I love my TB Rogue but my wrists don’t. I just like the fast gameplay of darting around at Mach 1 destroying enemies with returning blades. Also I tend to dabble in a Penetrating Shot or Rapid Fire build too.
For S3 I played, what I call, a Pipe-Bomb Necromancer. It used Bone Spirit with the new Shattered Spirit’s Aspect - launches 18 bone splinters in all directions, I’d group up a bunch of enemies, run in, and just explode basically. Didn’t need a resource generator either, it was a lot of fun. Wasn’t the most powerful, but I cleared everything I wanted to this season.
For the PTR I’m definitely going to try out a Minion Build for my Necro, and possibly for S4 too depending on how it works out.

I haven’t really enjoyed any one of them that much to be honest. I just hop between them and try them out at times.

But that’s also why i am not playing.
Minion necrois the only thing i wanna play and no point to play it in it’s current state.
Hopefully S4 fixes things, otherwise we’ll see if S5 fixes it.

Barb for sure. Even if they nerf it into the ground it’ll still be my favorite. I did like my sorc and druid though.

Until now the necro.
First season i wasn’t able to lvl up because of renovations in the house.
Second season minion necro and third season bone necro.
eventually i’ll be playing all classes, but i want to play every possible build on each character.
I’ll be playing this game for a long time.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my TB Rogue!!! She’s SO fast and agile…just zips around the entire screen and lets those blades kill everything in their path getting back to me 
I play her for just about every content except NMDs (88 to 93) which I use my PS/RF Rogue for; she moves slower but clears the mobs faster.

Pulverize DRUID with poison werewolf’s. I would really like a Paladin/ Crusader/Templar type so I can smash the enemy in the face with a shield. Make it happen and I will purchase one for Paladina.

It’s a tie between barbarian and necromancer. If the WW barb and summoner necro become any good, those are my preferred builds.

I was a barb whirlwind player. Yeah… I was a whirlwind at the time barb was suffering with that skill (and I think they still do, from what I see, since most people don’t even use whirlwind as main, just a tool for Hota).
From being so pissed with whirlwind I decided to play with every character (something that wasn’t in my plans) and I did. I can’t say I have a favorite.
But… From every character I’m enjoying my cold sorcerer. She has defense, can control the monsters (with freeze), has ok damage. I like playing with her. From me, I can say it was a better experience than with werewolf druid.
Necro and rogue I played last season and I feel that I didn’t play with them in the way I really wanted. So, i don’t know…

Druid. So far, have done a Pulverize Bear, Poisonous Werewolf Pack, Storm Wolf, and Nature’s Fury Druid.

Of what’s available my favorite is a Barb, with Rogue a close 2nd.

Melee rogue is my favorite so far, either TB or Flurry. Ranged rogues are fine to me as well. The 2nd place goes to barbarian. A factor to me that may not affect others is that these two classes are the most good looking in the game right now. Druid will be my 3rd pick. I likely will not play necro or sorcerer at all.

I play all classes and this is my favorite order with the build type in season 3.
1 - Sorcerer (Blizzard + icy spikes)
2 - Druid (Lighting Storm + Companions)
3 - Necromancer ( Blood Lance + minions : The meta for season 3, 30 millions overpower and almost double without the minions)
4 - Barbarian (HotA, Not Rob but my own build. I don’t copy streamers builds at all)
5 - Rogue (Penetration Shot + Shadow Imbuement + Shadow Clone)
Unfortunately Rogues are the worst class in game, almost glyphs they have sucks. With the current glyphs is almost impossible to scale the damage at the same level as the other classes.
The class requires a complete rework to be competitive with other classes in terms of fun and damage.
