What the title says. Is there any way we can find info about these patches ?
Probably another bug patch lol
It threw me out of the game to initialize it for 20 minutes, great.
Just logging on and saw the update as well…what did they nerf this time lol?
The small patches with no new patch number are just test/experimental fixes for all the crashing and stability issues because the team doesn’t actually know what they’re doing, so they’re just winging random code changes.
This seems to be a bigger one - 3.28 gigs. Pretty sure we’ll see some notes for this one
I’m guessing the crashing involving DLSS, maybe we can remove the -nostreamline argument.
That was the last patch. I’ve removed that line and rolled back my drivers as well as enabling DLSS. Haven’t had a crash since. BTW this patch has a new number as well so we’ll see what they’ve done.
2.0.4b Build #59269 (PC Only)—November 1, 2024

Literally all it says for this one. Took a while for them to come out with the patch notes though.
Cannot install patch because I…uninstall game
It took about 20 minutes it install for some reason.
Yeah thx for posting this. Very clarifying description.
- Various stability improvements.
Translation: They finally splurged and bought new rubber casters for all the server racks!
Servers have never been more stable!
Interesting in that Pez said this in the other thread
I know 2.0.4b is currently in the works and will have some details on that soon.
obviously not much detail lol
- Various stability improvements.
There’s your details. Blizzard is all about transparency.
The patch you are downloading is breaking the game and makes it completely laggy. It’s unplayable for me now.
- Various stability improvements…probably
I know you complain and moan a lot, seems to be your personality type so whatever. But do you really believe that’s what they’re doing?
Your unnecessary insults aside, yes I do legitimately believe that’s what they do.
