What Rogue attributes/stats should I look for

I am becoming quite confused on what I should look for on my Rogue. Essentially what are the best rolls i’m after. What does BIS look like.

Is it Dexterity, Critical strike damage, critical strike chance, damage to distant enemies if i’m playing ranged, lucky hit chance?

This is probably the hardest thing I am trying to grasp right now.

Thanks

You want to target the different damage buckets. It’s unknown exactly which stats corresponds to the different buckets or how many buckets there are but the general consensus is the following buckets exists.

  1. Main stat (Dex)
  2. Crit Damage
  3. Attack Speed
  4. Vulnerability
  5. Everything else.

So all the freeze and healing received and lucky hit stats arent worth looking out for?

Healing received is useful if you have multiple ways to heal yourself. There’s an aspect that gives HP/s per close enemy for instance. Ideally, if you are relying on healing for a core defensive then you would have multiple sources (increased potion count, increased healing from potions, healing per stack of momentum, etc…

As for freeze if you have a way to freeze your enemies then yes it is useful. The list I gave was just the different damage buckets that have a multiplicative effect.

So the equation to determine damage is

Weapon Damage * Main Stat * Critical Damage (If crit) * Vuln Damage (If vuln) * Everything else (Damage to poisoned targets + damage to frozen targets + etc…)

Basically, the everything else category is additive with each other instead of multiplicative which means its suffers from diminishing returns.
