What mob types/dungeons are best for amulet and ring drops?

I have had amazing results target farming 2H swords from the vampire dudes in Kor Dragan Barracks. Just doing the first stage of the dungeon then resetting and repeating it. Does anyone have any similar strats for other item types? Particularly interested in rings, amulets, foci, and wands atm. Is there a table somewhere someone is compiling??

It is weird I haven’t seen any “content” creators putting together actually meaningful content on the subject…

There is a monster family page on maxroll that shows common drops based on monster family. I don’t know why people aren’t talking about this more often.

Looks like Wands from ghosts and vampires. Focus from spiders.
