What level Pit do I need to be on in order to do tormented duriel?
Any tier of the pit can drop Stygian Stones to summon tormented bosses. But if you want to know what tier is associated with level 200 enemies then that would be tier 100.

Tormented Duriel is easier than pit 100 bosses as long as you know how to avoid the increase damage taken debuff.
