I used to farm Igneous Core fast and easy. Second I got like around 2 Igneous Core after killed 5 times and now this patch third 13 kills and I got only 2 Igneous Core?

Nope. I think it’s the same. I did 10 Malphas before patch and got 0 Igneous Cores.
I dont think it is the same. I am getting much less now than earlier.
I posted about this too, GreyGhost thinks it’s the same but I think he was getting all the bad luck before the patch and now we all have bad luck. It’s a horrible design either way. You can count on getting the mats to fight Durial painful as it is but the Herald is a chance, nope, not gonna do this anymore, this BS is a show stopper for me.

Today, I received more than pre-patch. RNG is evil.
Jip, same here. Ten braziers, 2 cores. Why farm?
It really makes no sense 1) to have to RNG farm 7 cores to run Loom for an RNG chance to get the Uber stones and 2) for there to be 0% chance for RNG organic drop of the Uber stones from (higher tier) NM vaults.
They just “increased the chance for Ubers to drop everywhere outside Duriel” and I can all but guarantee zero consideration was given to the Uber stones.

Rob is not the game director, it’s Joe Shely.
Joe should be the one who handles the details of the game if the project management is running correctly.
Blizzard: " Hey guys, GREAT idea to inject some fun into the game!! Go out, loot A LOT of obelisks, like 30, so that they can activate braziers for a teeny tiny chance at getting an igneous core. 10 braziers, maybe they’ll be lucky and get 5 cores, but kinda bet on only getting 2. They need 7 of those to summon uber Malphas and then another teeny tiny chance to get an uber unique stone for their pet. And if they don’t get it, don’t worry, they will just try again because our players have like 17 hours every day to play our game!!"
I’m having the opposite experience. On my barb I was getting a core maybe 1 out of every 5 kills. Now I’m playing a druid and seems to getting a core 3 out of every 5 kills.
Whining players:
“Hey guys I’m gonna pretend like the whispers seasonal area isn’t heavily populated with heralds often being chain summoned for xp leeching/grouping, and that I actually have to farm a ton of elemental cores”.
Don’t get me wrong; I absolutely loathe the Malphas farm, I’m farming for Genesis yet again. But these complaints are laughable.
Oh, and you don’t just get elemental cores from obelisks fyi, but don’t let that stop you.
69 elemental core to get seven Igneous Core. Off to try my chances with Malphas

I sold my igneus cores for 3m each. Did I goof?
I have 314 igneous cores… I won’t be using them either since I’m done running Echo of Malphas. Maybe it’s time to sell them.
I feel the same way.
Before I was getting about 6-7 igneous per 10 braziers
Now the avg is about 3 per 10 braziers.

If you’re farming for cores this close to end of season-That’s on you lol.
Not hard to reason that out. I gave up on the unique stones. Talk about a slog grind and a boring reward at that.
