So Just want to be sure, Since I did pre-order the Ultimate Edition of D4 (and as you know I get “up to” 4 days till release) and I heard from a YouTube Video about Blizz announcements that the “official” release date is IIRC 4PM PST on Jun 1st? Those who preorder the Deluxe or Ultimate editions of Diablo 4 will receive four days of early access from June 2 , with Blizzard president Mike Ybarra confirming the details on Twitter as follows: 4pm PDT (June 1) on the US West Coast. 7pm EDT (June 1) on the US East Coast.

Nah I hope they solve all queue problems untill 6am when I wake up ^^. I’m not a kid anymore that plans his day arround a videogame release. On top of it if we have this bad time windows for seasons then FU seasonal race content.

They are doing a global midnight release in Europe and the time is based on that. So whatever your gmt minus is, is what time you get it. PDT is GMT -7 so I think it should actually be at 5 PM rather than 4. I think they forgot to do daylight saving again.
This is why many, many people think the USA should get rid of Daylight Savings Time. I live in PDT and I am not sure what time GMT is. It is 0839 PDT and 1539 GMT right now. So that is -7 GMT. Also, you do not count the starting zone. So, they did mix it up and it is 5 PDT but I will take that extra hour if it happens.
I just know every time I set a clock on some site or game GMT-8 is what I pick and then DST makes it 7
I was on a government sponsored vacation for normal life at an undisclosed location when my family tried to call me. They had forgot about DST and it took almost a week to reconnect. It would have taken longer but we had some access to internet and we were able to use the timestamp to figure out what happened.
