What is the lastest date you can request a pre-order refund?

What is the latest date you can request a pre-order refund with out having to reverse the charge on my CC?

Also if anyone knows how to get to the refund request on blizz website that would be helpful too.

I think it’s a couple weeks after purchase.

"We’ll typically refund any pre-purchased game or product prior to its release, provided you haven’t played the game or expansion for more than two hours via pre-purchase early access.

Some exceptions may apply in cases where the pre-purchase includes in-game benefits that can be claimed for other products. If you’ve already claimed or used those added benefits, the purchase would become non-refundable."

Thanks! Do either of you know if you NEED to pro-order to keep the cute wolf pack or was that a freebie to all who played these betas?

I haven’t seen anything to suggest that the beta bonus items are exclusive to pre-orders. As far as I’m aware they’re just incentives to get people to buy the game in general whether through pre-order or after release.

The wolf pack was a beta reward for hitting level 20 on a character during one of the betas. You should be able to keep it even if you refund.

Pre-order is not part of the Beta rewards. That flag will exist on your Bnet account even if you play for free during Beta. No Pre-order required.

If you really do think you want to refund for whatever reasons, do it before release. If you play more than 2 hours after release and try to do a charge back Blizzard will require you to pay that money back before unlocking your account. So you can’t play it later.

Anything in pre-order status is usually really easy to refund though. If you are eligible it should process it automatically for you.

Think I will cancel and hold off on buying my kid and wife a copy too. I bought the higher tier package too. I don’t need the early access I was just excited for the game. The early access is only good for playing sooner and snagging a guild name and I’m not going to be a guild leader so no need for that.

If they fix Hydra Sorc and Necro pet builds maybe I’ll jump back in… other wise I got other games to play and can wait for it to be 50% off.

Time to back off and watch what happens on this one.
