For Oculus I am seeing 3GA listed at 950, 000, 000 and one 4 GA for 15, 000, 000, 000 (This was listed 1 day ago for information value)
I’m pretty sure they will take offers in the area of 100-200M, but that is just my guess. (in short no one is paying Billions or more for these, not in the shorter season)
I have seen a Teleport build pull off some proper shenanigans. In theory you can reach 25-26 points, maybe 30 if all the bonus rolls hit. Even with the upcoming stat squish, I’d guess at least 500mil if you can find a dedicated Sorcerer. Definitely hang on to it, and don’t short sell out of impatience.
it was my favorite in season 2 when the dps of ball lightning was still strong, and all i wanted was fast teleportation onto groups of mobs.
but after ball lightning got nerfed, using oculus seemed to lower dps and adoption of the random teleport skill for some unknown reason. appreciate any enlightenment, thank you.
My Sorc always uses TP and Oculus…just saying 500M is probably okay but billions? NO.
Well, some lunatic was asking for 10 billion for a 1 GA unique item today, the sorc boots. Can’t recall the name atm. And when I mentioned something in chat people defended the amount so I am sure you can ask for their first born or something.
I find all my own gear so I am very much out of touch with pricing.
Those people are trolling b/c of the stat squish. I’ve also seen requests of 5bil. for a 1-star.
With Oculus, Teleport becomes your primary damage, no other damage skills. You stack all the usual lightning damage combos, but the kicker here lies with the cooldown. At 20+ points and combined with tempering, cooldown approaches 1 second. Coupled with the other two shields and you get effectively infinite ‘Unstoppable’ while you goomba stomp around the map. It’s similar to the infinite blood mist combo that Necros had at launch.
Not obsolete but yeah. It’s rough for GA items.
