I kind of thought something seemed off after adding them to my amulet since I had calculated them out before patch went live.

Got a response from Adam Fletcher on twitter - sounds like fixes to grenade damage will roll out next patch.

Bug fix.

“ We actually had a fix that was checked in late for some other items including grenades so those will sit in the next hotfix or update when that rolls around.”
