There is this legendary for the necro that makes the mages increases your effectiveness.
I cant say any info in the game.
what aspect exactly are you talking about?
only thing that comes to mind is the blood getters aspect, which will lead to your skeleton priests also buffing the necro at 70% effectiveness.
what the skeleton priest does is it buffes your minions with 30%x damage while also healing 40% health. With the aspect, you are affected as well, leading you to deal more dmg as well (x21%dmg)
