I am curious about this condition. I have Overkill and it says deal 38% of base damage.
Is this damage not inclusive of Overpower / bleed / vulnerability / crit ?
I just assumed it was your attack stat
If it works like poison does, its any damage that isnt a crit or overpower.
Base damage is what happens when an X-wing drops a torpedo into a ventilation shaft.

Well base is what all coefficients of skills are based off. So before any “vs xxx” modifications etc, is base.
is it before crit / vulnerable as well?

since my DB tooltip says 35k, thats basically 35k x 0.38 ? 13k residual aoe damage?
Yes. And that 13k should then go through the same multipliers everything else you do, does. So vuln, crit, dmg vs cc’d and so on.
so its’ not completely useless. would it also proc Overpower?
