I haven’t seen a grotesque debtor show up after a legion, world boss, or during a hell tide in several days. As a result I don’t know how to get varshan mats.
Is this intended? Or did the way to get the mats change and I missed it?
This only happens when the legion is also in bloodharvest or something.

-Anyway, as has been stated in all threads like this, RNG is RNG.
-As has also been stated, whisper completion yompdickies are the best source of the debtors. Put the motes in the pedestal, you might get debtors. Summon the corpse thing and fight the boss, there might be a debtor. Etc etc.
