The Cinder drop rate is absurdly low now. I Kill entire hordes of enemies just to get 1 or 2 Cinder, then I die to a lag spike and lose many of them. And you decided to up the number of cinders required to open a chest while you decreased their drop rate without knowing how one would affect the other first? Considering all the drops I get from the chests are also worse than all the gear I already have, I can’t see the logic in this. I go to Helltide for the lost souls, but the whole thing is so terrible now I can’t bring myself to put up with it.

I noticed this as well. Lot lower drop rate now QQ.
