What are these randomly given Bloodpetal transmogs? Some are getting them and some are not.

For instance, I was just given the Hammer, but a friend had just received a Claymore.

You mean in the shop? It’s totaly random for everyone it seems like. I got a mace for example, my friend got a wand.

Players seem to get confused here.

What is given out for free is prior Twitch Prime rewards.

“Blood Petal” is actually a full cosmetic set that was priced around 2800 Platinum.

I have yet to see anyone actually recieve that…

Players seem to refer to these free Twitch Prime rewards as “Blood Petal” for some reason.

Care to share names or pictures of the items?

I have seen prior Twitch Prime Rewards being handed out for free lately (Not personally as i got them when they were given the first time around)
But by searching for the names of others post i have seen them and they have been prior Twitch Prime rewards.

I have 1600+h in the game and have never seen anything handed out for free through the shop…
I log in everyday so should have seen them/got them myself by now if it wasnt a prior reward that i had already claimed.

I don’t believe they are prior twitch prime rewards, those were the Azurehand/Vermillion/Orichalcum (Returning Champion) items. The Bloodpetal items are part of the Mother’s Favor set and look identical to the Azurehand/Vermillion/Orichalcum items, but are just a different colour. Unless twitch prime rewards were randomized as well but I don’t believe they were.

Some of the bloodpetal items were awarded via the community blood donation thing last year but now since the Anniversary event ended in June, occasionally a randomized Bloodpetal OR Azurehand/Vermillion/Orichalcum (if you didn’t previously acquire the Azurehand/Vermillion/Orichalcum items via twitch prime), gets handed out as a free gift in the shop.

Since the Anniversary event ended, I’ve had 2 free gifts appear. Bloodpetal Claymore (two-handed sword) and Bloodpetal Grimoire (focus)

As for why they’re being handed out, no one really knows but it’s possibly just to get you looking at the shop. I do know that the items gifted are randomized from the Bloodpetal/Azurehand/Vermillion/Orichalcum sets and which day they get gifted out, varies from player to player. But it seems like once every 3-4 weeks they get handed out. I got the Bloodpetal Claymore right after the window to claim the anniversary gifts ended, on June 20th, and I got the Bloodpetal Grimoire on July 22nd.

You collect them all by claiming them when they show up in the shop. This means you have to check the shop periodically to make sure you don’t miss out. Which is the intent from the marketing team, to get you in there :slight_smile:
