What are Optimal Settings for HC

To reduce screen freezes, etc.
What are the optimal settings to set?
Everything Low?
Turn off shadows and such?

Is there some setting for loading zone to zone? I believe loading a new zone causes screen freeze anyway to reduce the freeze, make it less harsh?

Sometimes I’ll have screen freezes that last over 20 seconds. I have my Windows Monitor up, everything is 50% or less GPU, CPU, RAM. And I get 20 second screen freezes worst case, I actually died from one of these.
I played in window, and I make the window 25% of my screen. Reduces the % GPU, but zone transitions are pretty bad. Screen freezes happen every now and then. Really annoying. A screen freeze that freezes up the entire computer, pretty nasty screen freezes in this game.
What settings do I need to play as in order to reduce or eliminate these screen freezes???

Can someone tell me most optimal settings to use. Any links to somewhere where there is most optimal to settings to use for smooth over quality gameplay?

it net-code issue, i get rarely but sometime ~10 sec lag with all low or high.
When game freeze pc run well in background.

You will get lot of small lag ~500 1000 ms during zone transitions.
It not the team from No man sky.

Code issue?
Possible, because I had a 4 second screen freeze from transition from ingame to main menu.
Server issue maybe? Is there a way to pick servers with less people on, less lag, less screen freezes, etc.?

I hardly even see other players too, in Harcore.

First thing is to make sure cross platform is turned off. I just read that when you encounter another player in the world the game loads data like what items they are carrying and what is in their stash. So lowering the amount of times it has to do this would smooth gameplay out or at least lessen the workload on your cpu.
