You pay money to pre-order because you want to play this friday and during weekend and you get disconnected becaue Blizzard is incompetent. Now i have to wait 2 hours to be able to login again, yeah 2 hours… If i knew this would happen i would never pre-order the game. This is absolutely unacceptable.
From a company of Blizzards magnitude, this should NOT happen.
Its a beta, not the full game.

Its people like you that need to get over yourself. I paid 100$ for game and cant play it when a buddy paid less than me and been playing since servers opened. We demand what we paid for not this bull that we got.
One, it’s preorder for the main game WITH early access to a BETA. and two, If you’re this naive to think it would work flawlessly then bigger fool you. EVERY game in the past 20 years that has had hype behind it, has had server issues and/or queues.

Nah, when you get in you just get randomly d/c’d and your character is gone. You are forced to restart the client to a 74 min queue. It is really not worth trying to even play at the moment.
Honestly its blizz, but what makes me a bit pissed is the fact that a lot of ppl pre ordered the game, so you know how much might login. but on top come with a cheap deal for KFC , as pre order player you think… is this cuz of the KFC deal ? If you do all this stuff, then be sure you can handle it even slightly. gl getting the wolf backpack. The issue is not getting to 25… but t ohope 1 weekend is enough to get it. I played 5 mins, crash. 15 mins requeue. now 5 min play, another crash dc. 1 hour + queue. Just annoying.

and if you buy the preorder so you can play early than that is the thing … just because game companies are lying pieces of crap doesnt mean that that is how it should be… company worked better before D3 came out and its never caught up
It is also mid day and their servers can’t handle the load. It won’t get any better as people get out of work. RIP beta, at least I got a few minutes of playtime.
0 Issues on the release of multiplayer for Last Epoch and they have less than 50 people working on that game. So try again

Lets be honest here were you expecting any less? This is a world wide launch issues are going to happen this is why its a beta test. But I do agree that there should be 3 weekends of testing because you know the first one is always a cluster…
Lol you must be new. It used to be that you played the beta to find niche problems and stuff they missed. Now you’re paying to test their internal alpha and do QA.
How is expecting a game, even in bet, to handle server issues one of entitlement. I mean if this were a company that had never done a live service, then maybe I see your point.
It’s “paid” beta, not open gratis beta. A little bit of respect isn’t bad …

Anyone could look up blizzard launches for the core game and they had a disclaimer on that things would be rocky on top.
