Doing these Tree Of Whispers events. and looks for the “Blood Clan Enforcer” and dude is nowhere to be found…just wasted 20 minutes. How does this work, am i missing something? Its telling to to kill him and i cant find him at the icon…or anywhere.

Tree of Whispers are the symbols on the map in that area. Blood Clan Enforcer could just be kill (x) number of enemies and you are done with it. Usually in that area.
If it’s the corpse thing, the corpse is in the radius of that area. If you hover over it, it will show you the radius on the map and somewhere in there is a corpse you will interact with and do a couple of waves and then a boss will spawn.
Don’t remember that one. However, sometimes, the icon on the map isn’t exactly the location where you’ll find your objective. Have you tried exploring a bit farther away from the pointed location? You should see another objective icon on your mini map that will trigger the event. It could be a corpse you have to inspect etc.
For the quests where you are searching the circle for the corpse open your map, select the icon and hit track quest. This will put the pink circle outline on your mini map. When you get close to the objective it will usually play a sound and you will see a diamond icon on your mini map, go to it and start the event.
Sometimes with other players in the area they may also complete the event and you get credit which is probably a big.
Also the harvest events sometimes get nuggets and you can’t deposit the motes in the urn. Simply log out and back in and that usually works fine. I’ve tried travelling to town or zoning somewhere else and coming back but that doesn’t work every time.
