not sure how you can consider this to be “time safed”.
BiS = Best in slot. Which is nearly impossible to ever achieve with legendary items as you need a 3 GA item and then max tempers and then best masterworks and then best aspects. Nobody will ever achieve true character 100% BiS gears anymore because of tempering and the rareness of 3 GA items.

Yes I bought the new expansion and I am back…. For now. That being said I plan to be very vocal about what looks like trash and what looks good.

It’s really funny that there are a few of you that think it is your job to chime in on Blizzards behalf all of the time.
Fair enough. GA means Greater Affix. Currently when you find an Ancestral (ilvl 800) piece of gear it will come with a greater Affix. These max out the affix in question and boost it by 25% (I think).
On a legendary piece of gear you can have up to 3 GA’s. You can then also Temper 2 more affixes onto it, but these will never be GA’s. On a Unique you can have up to 4. Obviously the more GA’s the more rare it will be. Even rarer to find one that has great stats you want.
You cannot change a GA using the Enchant function either. It will destroy the GA in the process and turn it back into a normal affix.
