always a good day when i have to delete the character i spent so much time on, raging,gearing, leveling, getting stronger every day until i can finally enjoy the end game content, only to have time up, deletre char or stay in an eternal world of nothingness and nerfs.
The roadmap doesn’t look good, we got witch powers, next we get boss powers, then horadric powers and finally chaos powers so basically each season we get rehashed,remaned powers, WOW!
Eternal gets no powers but hey, we get harder leveling,harder bosses and no new content and all of our gear is now trash…
Sorry bout the rant, just discouraged with the lazy, easy way out the game direction is going
Eternal got 2 new bosses, and all the new Aspects and Uniques.
PS - Eternal gets access to the Battle Pass now, too.
How long have you played D4?

I do appreciate how in Diablo Immortal you can play the same character every season.
Make sure you log on character you’ve completed class quest on so you don’t have to anymore
It sucks deleting them though especially if you make more classes than one for the season.
The slots being so limited sucks fr.
I wish i could have 1 character per season so i could look back on what i played in that season and see what build i was running
3, insane bbq’d dude, doggo, and Belial. Assuming you own VoH, if not then it’s just Belial. It has been two years now though, Seasons have been a staple in the game since a month after launch.

I stopped playing Eternal after S1 when I discovered what it actually was. No point, imo - except as a testing ground because you already have the gear/paragon.
So I keep 1 of each class on Eternal at max level, then that’s room for 6 more on Season.
I keep the character if I don’t have another one of that class.

I thought 1 was VoH only? I wasn’t counting Belial, since he’s not a permanent addition (yet).
Belial is a staple. He’s the final boss in the boss tier lists. The one you fight in the seasonal stuff is just an easier version.
BBQ’d char dude from VoH story, and the Mephisto Dog from the VoH story too.
Ohhh… I had it backwards. I thought Belial was only summoned sometimes after a boss, and that was the fight.
Ah I gotcha, yes when fighting any of the other bosses he has a chance to spawn at the end when opening the chest, which is his smaller form. That one drops the keys you need for super or supreme Belial whatever they’re calling him.

I figured forums would have been flooded with complaints of having to farm mats to kill bosses just to get mats to kill bosses…
On second thought, I may not be the only one confused about that point. Incoming complaints in 3… 2… Season start!

2 new bosses that will be harder because we get no powers
we get new aspects and uniques(our current gear is now still trash, have to regear)
we get battle pass? That’s great for blizzard they were missing out on a lot of money for this cosmetic trrash so not surprising
started playing diablo around first of the year, 1997
I have been doing seasons, think i skipped season 4 but my main gripe is, the new roadmap and seasons look really uninspiring
2 of the 3 are locked behind Voh; while lord of lie will be base game.

i reinstalled the game yesterday. Wanted to give season 8 a go. I realised i still need to finish VoH campaign. Thought i just boost through it. After about 30 mins i deinstalled the game again… The boredom is unimaginable. It hurts to see time and again the best looking ARPG is nothign but a boring mess.
Then you know how they work. It’s literally nothing new.
Really? My 3 GA amulet isn’t trash. I have no need to re-gear it.
If you’re playing Eternal and doing Seasons, then you should prepare gear for 3 or 4 different specs during the Season. Armory makes it vastly easier, and S7 drops tons of gear. If you aren’t playing Eternal - what does it matter???

It sounds like this game makes you really unhappy. Why are you torturing yourself? Why not go play a game you enjoy?
