Welcome back boost

I haven’t received a welcome back boost, that is supposed to boost my character to lvl 50.
As far as I understood, every player is elligble for it…

I am in Kyovashad, but I can’t find anything.
Am I doing something wrong?

Eternal realm? It’s only good there.

its coming with the patch as far as i know, which in theory should be there in roughly 2 hours.

Well, considering the patch has not even loaded yet.

Everyone who owns the base game is eligible. You will get one free boost for owning the base game, and one for owning VoH. It’s only useable on the Eternal Realm, and will more than likely come with the release of the patch later today as others have stated.

Yes, started an eternal realm character yesterday. ( I have an old one as well)
Are you supposed to get a pop up or something?

the patch hasnt been pushed yet. you need to wait.

Hey I figured out part of the problem, it has to be the following:

  • Eternal Character
  • Not hardcore
  • Have to have also completed the quest line up to the point where Lorath leaves kyovashad, so just go through the bits where you get his lance and amulet back and then progress the quest line.
