Hello!
I have had black screen problems ever since the wardrobe patch originally dropped. It’s very strange and I haven’t had any luck in resolving it - please help!
I’m running an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, and have had no trouble with Diablo IV since pre-launch - until the wardrobe patch landed. Now I have a black screen.
I have a ton of captures but apparently cannot load or refer to them anywhere, no links, no nothing (Why? You really need to see the screen capture to see what is going on.)
Anything involving the user interface loads as usual: I have all buttons, can see a long line of yellow circles on the screen if I try to run, can cast town portal and thus change locations, can visit the shop (but not try anything on) can do anything, in short, that doesn’t involve me looking at my character in game.
But, I can’t see anything and I cannot play! I should add here that Diablo IV is the only game where I am having this issue, everything else runs like a champ. Ever since the Wardrobe patch, I have been stuck.
Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions? Is there a support ticket that could be opened? I’ve tried various video settings with no luck.
