Come on, Blizzard. This isn’t WoW and we don’t need to be micromanaged because we are going to clear content “too fast”.
The weekly lockout on the Dark Citadel is the most anti-fun feature ever. We want to farm, not wait for arbitrary lockouts.

This divides and forces the player community into a two-tier society.

Reminds me of the World Bosses, just saying.
With world bosses, there is no bouncer who checks your gear before you are allowed to enter the club.

I don’t think it said weekly lockouts. I believe it said weekly rewards for first completion that week.

You’re not wrong, the bouncer is the world boss, and they just squash newbies.
Yep, i know if i ever need to use the pug finder ill be inspecting people and likely leaving 70% of parties if the content is a gear check.
Prob with lfg tools is a lot use it and go into areas prematurely looking for a carry.

They said each week the rewards will change. Not that you will be locked out for a week.

Do you go into infernal hordes, if you get nothing at the end?
I get the feeling this new co-op dungeon will be extremely easy since they are forcing people to group for it. Bare minimum of 800 ilevel gear, with the crapiest stats you can think of, and builds no one would dream of using. So just like world bosses.

And thats what happened to WoW when they introduced the LFG. Everything was nerfed into the ground.
Lets hope they dont nerf things further as it takes 2-3 days of each season for things to be a 1 shot. Pit will likely be nerfed further ect…

Is it actually “locked out” or just that you get a cache for completing it once a week? Very similar to the Gauntlet.
