Apart from that, a system that doesn’t allow any choices would actually be the one that would breed the most creativity, wouldn’t it?

To stay with the example of the card game, the game would not benefit if each player was only allowed to use one card (limitations breed creativity as you mentioned).

or would the decks of the card game become more creative if it would be limited to one card per deck. No it wouldn’t because limitations doesn’t breed creativity.
