sometimes you are trying to kill lilith, other times she is granting you more gold and xp
this sounds like some kind of severely dysfunctional codependent relationship… maybe the player somehow finds a way out of it in Diablo V

They actually did lilliths charcter justice.
Not her looks though that they missed on.
Uldyssian literally says it when he first sees lillith for what she really is.
Disgusting evil grotesque but he still want to be held and kissed by her even after all she has done.
