Taken directly from Blizzard’s article revealing season 4: “We’re dialing up the heat in the Shop with new Equipment, Armor, Accessories, Mount and Mount Armor bundles that will have you slaying in style. Starting on May 14, pay Tejal a visit to browse her wares—remember to check back often, as she’ll update her stock throughout Season 4: Loot Reborn. One such rarefied find from the far reaches of Sanctuary is the the Demon’s Heart Bundle for the barbarian, which contains the Demonheart Armor Set and 2 Demonheart Weapon Cosmetics.”

Pay Tejal a visit? They meant PAY Tejal. Better pay up if you want them to continue improving the game. Tejal is waiting for you.

Meh, if the game improves and becomes something I want to invest more time into …I don’t have an issue supporting future development with the occasional cosmetic purchase. The game was advertised with MTX and provided they don’t dip into paying for power, that’s what everyone signed up for.

Good news, its totally voluntary and the base game cosmetics are decent and more will come with the free season passes and expansion content. At no point have I felt I needed a paid cosmetic to enjoy the game.

The box price more than pays for development especially with such short expansion cycles.

You mean like everything else we consume digitally, search engines, news sites and social media? The world has been targeting advertising at you for the best pert of two decades now.

Is the cosmetic shop really stopping anyone playing the game?

Maybe, truth is unless you work in the Blizzard finance team its all just speculation. People that want to support a game shouldn’t be discouraged from doing so just because some people hate it.

If this Loot Reborn thing works out and all the new content makes the experience significantly better, people might feel better about buying something in the shop.

well who do you think was going to pay for all the changes they are bringing for S4 !!! If people were under the impression that Blizzard is doing this for free that’s the real joke here !!!

Won’t be spending any money myself, but as long as people are happy with their purchases that’s all that matters. That being said I’m all for donations toward the Iggi Institution of Casual Gamers Association. All funds go toward snacks and paying rent.
