The wardrobe isn’t working either in the new seasonal character or the one in eternal. I’ve tried ALL the troubleshoting recomendations and it wont work, I can’t change the pet, mount or weapons and when trying to change clothes one slot changes all of them. It was working properlly until Season 9 was released

Mines worse, literally no options like the slots are gone. Just blank boxes and my character is hairless and with the default armor when you have no other armor equipped.

I’m having the same problem. I somehow managed to click around a finally get a pet equipped, but I can’t equip any armor or weapons skins unless I want the whole outfit. It’s like the left click is doing what the hold down right click is supposed to do but the right click doesn’t do anything. I had this same bug in the PTR.

My husband and I are having the same problems with wardrobe. Very frustrating.

Having the same issue. Wardrobe is non-functional on all characters/realms.

I’m having the same issue, I can use the standard mount but i can’t change appearence or equip per/mount

Same problem. It’s very aggravating. I was able to get a pet equipped at least by alt-tabbing back and forth several times and clicking the spot for the pet.

I can confirm the wardrobe issue. I can only see empty boxes and a hairless human like figure. 
Does Blizzard even watch this forum?

I’ve had the same issue since the start of season 9 on both seasonal and eternal. Figured out how to change my mount/pet by basically clicking both LMB and RMB at the same time, however I still can’t change individual pieces of gear, it just defaults to a full set every time.

I can no longer equip gear from the chosen armoury slot, even manually. Only other equipment that is not part of that armoury save. My character is now completely useless.
Relogging doesnt work
Restarting game dont work
Loading new armoury slot doesnt work
(part solution: Unequip the runes from atleast one of your items. I could then manually equip the items again.)

Same problem here.
I can’t equip my pet, I can’t equip a mount, and it always seems like I have the mouse button pressed, and I can’t click on anything.

Here for the same thing. Have been trying everything to fix this. It is so frustrating! Can’t equip back transmog (wings etc) or weapon tmog. Only lets me equip whole sets. I hate it. Blizzard please fix >.<

Still not working Blizzard fix it or we are done with your stupid game. No reason to spend money on something that you do not bother to fix. This has been going on since July 1st!!!

Not working for me either. Problem exists on all 9 of my characters, both seasonal and eternal. I check every day to see if it’s fixed (it’s not); I’ve tried doing a Scan & Repair. I’ve tried doing a Check For Updates (the one time there was an update, it didn’t fix this). I even tried doing a complete uninstall and clean reinstall - no change. I am unable to select a pet (I might be missing loot because of this) which is frustrating after I paid extra for the Ultimate Edition of the expansion.
Blizz tech support was useless. First response was a canned “connection issues can be frustrating” response not relevant to the actual problem. Second response seemed like it came from an actual human but offered exactly zero suggestions for things to try - basically just said “Go submit a bug report.” The ONLY silver lining was the opportunity to complete a survey about how unhelpful they were. I would recommend that everyone experiencing this issue submit tickets and complete the surveys explaining that their tech support is worthless. Some manager will have to read that and will have to do SOMETHING when their department’s metrics are cratering.
