Wardrobe not working correctly

Items from Reliquaries that have been downloaded are not showing as available and unable to be applied in the wardrobe although showing and able to change pigment. Apply button is greyed out.

Items that both P1 and P2 have salvaged are locked and not able to be applied

Some items are showing as a bright pink square with the letters PH whatever that means and the image is just a yellow cone.

This needs sorting ASAP as some items have been bundle purchased.

This is while playing Eternal Realm on vessel of hatred

Agreed :+1:t2: 100% real question is do they even have the team to actually address these problems and in a reasonable amount of time to iterate necessary fixes that are essentially game breaking as it is now.

This is happening to me as well. What’s the point of selling 25 dollar cosmetics if we can’t even use them???

I have been experiencing more wardrobe bugs than i can count on PC since the season 11 paladin update. it seems to have utterly broken the wardrobe in a number of ways, some outfits simply cant be equipped, others it shows a pink square, others it will let me equip but doesnt display correctly. This is in seasonal realm and i even tested it on multiple PCs and the bugs persist.
