I’ve been getting bugs where some of the helms having missing files, instead of the helm displaying correctly it shows the pink PH square.
I’ve already tried repairing Diablo 4 but nothing happens.

I’m getting it with various things .. like today suddenly 2 new raptor mounts showed up .. with pink boxes and a yellow cylinder as an actual 3d model lol.

I’m having the exact same error. Sets that I’ve definitely salvaged pieces of (for example the coven set) are straight up missing. I also have transmogs that I apparently haven’t actually acquired yet showing up in the wardrobe instead. Including one that has the PH square, and if I attempt to save my appearance with those items on it just reverts to naked or default appearance. just started today as far as I can tell.

since the paladin season 11 update i have experienced more wardrobe issues than i can keep track of. I had the pink square icon issue, a number of unlocked transmogs are no longer able to be selected even though they are clearly there and unlocked it simply will not allow me to confirm the look. some items it will allow me to confirm the look but when i do, it instantly reverts back to a different previous transmog. Others it will instead revert to whatever item im wearing. For some it will allow me to select it, and confirm it, however on my character model it will just appear naked. And for some helmets that are clearly enclosed helmets the hair will just clip through when it clearly isnt supposed to.
