I stopped playing D4 many months ago. Now I installed VoH and Wardrobe is completely broken.
It doesn’t work at all and all saved outfits are gone.
I paid for these outfits.
Anyone know how to fix this? I already ran the repair-tool and it downloaded 55 GB with no changes to the issue.

same issue. cannot save my new outfit. i confirm look and try to overwrite and nothing happens.

My wardrobe also does not have my outfits or even the option to equip any wings. Glad I paid $90 to get scammed by a billion dollar company

Just tested this, from both eternal and seasonal. No issues.
Have you tried using the wardrobe icon from the inventory panel or went to the wardrobe directly in one of the towns?

I have only tried from the wardrobe in towns. even purchased all slots in the hopes a new slot would save. the new slots are all empty and will not save.
I will try from inventory next
inventory also does not work. make changes to the look, says it saved.
cannot overwrite the old ones and new slots do not save anything.
Turns out this is only affecting one of my characters, the others all work fine. not sure why my sorcerer has this issue but she does.

Can you create another profile slot and save to that one with that character? I know you might need to spend gold to buy a slot.
I have no answer as for a fix. If there is a way to clear the existing profile slot that is.
I just started experiencing the same wardrobe issues after downloading the new expansion. They make you buy new looks that don’t even give any character advantages, and now it doesn’t even work, what a rip off! I reported as a bug days ago and have gotten zero replies and the ticket remains open. D3 was a way better game!!!

I tried that as well, purchased all slot. wont let me save to any. oh well, hopefully blizzard can fix this.

I am also having the same issue and the possible fix with the closing the game and coming back in doesn’t work, the inventory wardrobe and the town wardrobe both do not save outfits either. The only 2 I can save outfits on are the new class and my rouge. All the others I tried to save and overwrite, and they won’t work. I even purchased a new slot, and it won’t even save any outfit. WHY IS IT THAT BLIZARD KNOWS OF THESE ISSUES AND THEY HAVE NOT ADDRESSED THE ISSUE SERVERWIDE??? Also, another issue with D4 is the fact that in WoW you can submit a trouble ticket yet in here you have to use the forums since they don’t allow any kind of in game support. Hopefully I can use what I paid for. I have 3 outfits on my Necromancer alone and can’t even use any of them.

I finally got a response about the wardrobe malfunction from Blizzard. He basically denied any known or reported problems even though I’ve seen bug reports and threads like this one here. He said I must be a “one off with corrupted files, so sorry”…So no help from Blizzard forth coming. I even asked for a refund on all purchased ensembles, that went ignored!!!

I have a thought. What if the wardrobe won’t let you save outfits if your character is wearing the legacy gear? I heard that some people that were having issues were on characters that were older or whatever or were from before the expansion. Just a thought.
Those of you having issues can you check for that condition? And let me know?

I tested this when I got home. I can save and make changes even though I’m wearing legacy gear…
So… Dunno.
Was a good idea, but even removing all legacy items doesn’t fix it. Wardrobe is useless right now. In the wardrobe I’m pictured wearing pants as chest armor, it’s funny, but sad, I have boots in my off hand weapon slot, gauntlet s in my main melee weapon slot and a sword in my bow slot? Wardrobe is FUBAR!

I think that character’s stored data is messed up. May just have to delete the character and move on.
It will not work with a newly created character as well. Blizzard will not refund, help fix or do a call back to even try to help! I guess they are looking for a new class action…

On my Necromancer I can use common, green, blue, rare, and legacy items and nothing allows me to save or overwrite anything in my wardrobe via town or the inventory.

We shouldn’t have to delete any character if D4 staff did their jobs and fixed this issue. If anything, if it requires a complete delete then they should make it to where the next character made after deletion gained all the gold and exp, plus a decent set of gear to match the level.
