I created a topic 16 Days ago and got ignored. I cant reply to that old topic so I try it again with an new one.
Problem: I cant equip cosmetics at the wardrobe because Boots are equiped in 2 slots and I cant unequip it.
How can I Post a Screenshot?
And Come on Blizzard this really sucks because I cant equip any cosmetics for my Random dropped equip which is Colored Clown Style red/violet.
You want that people buy your cosmetics for real Money and than I cant equip this stuff for weeks and get completely ignored? 
In the wardrobe it says in red: Aussehen wird nicht angewendet, weil die Typen nicht übereinstimmen.
Englisch, translateted by me: cosmetics dont work because of false types.

My translation had it a bit different but from what it says, the type of gear doesn’t match what the cosmetic wants to apply. But I have no idea what exact piece of gear you might be having an issue with…
You may need to test by un-equip each piece (by taking it off your character and putting it in your character inventory) one at a time and see if you can apply the cosmetic to the rest of the items.
One or more item(s) might not be the right type of item to apply the cosmetic to.

First, thank you so much for trying to help me.
I’ve removed every single piece and Experimented and Then only equipped the headpiece/helmet, tried to save it after adding transmorg, unfortunately couldn’t save it. I basically can’t save, there’s no reaction by clicking on ‘save’ in the upper menu. Even in the still empty slots, it’s not possible to save for me after adding a costume/design.
And I recognize now: In the saving/ensembles screen, three pieces are shown in the wrong spots. Pants, shoes and gloves.
I do have an additional character, not having issue with this one, nothing of the mentioned occurs here.
I even tried to log off and I’m back again after removing every single piece on the character, didn’t help either.
Not 100% sure but I guess there’s a problem with the data base and I need an admin to manually reset my transmog or something like that.
I’m really desperate/sad as I can’t use any of the nice adjustments that I have and it, as stupid as it sounds, takes some fun from the game for me.
