Waiting for mid-season patch now

Seriously, I’ve gone as far as I can. P100 on my SB and 65 on my Necro. No point in going any further at the moment. That’s aparently my skill cap.

Not necessarily. Builds hit a ceiling as well. Your skill level is only a portion of the battle. Tweaking your paragon for needed stats, getting better rolls on your gear/temper/ect, testing new/different glyphs to see if they work better, tweaking your skills/passives to fill in holes … that’s where the majority of progression comes from.

I’m not capable of that level of thought or effort. I just copy builds I like from maxroll. Tired of grinding for stuff I may never get, farming for mats to reroll masterworks, and so forth. I have better things to do. But thanks for the encouragement.

Good for you. Know what you want out of the game and take what you can. And when your done getting what you want, walk away! I wish more people where mature enough to do that.

It’s rare, but it happens. =)

To be fair you finished the game ages ago, what you are doing here is just grinding for fun.

If you can clear P100, every other content in the game is auto pilot for you, literal zero challenge. Pushing P101-150 is for flex only, you don’t unlock or achieve anything special for doing it and you can level your Glyphs to max at P100.

This is not something a mid season patch will resolve it’s the same problem that has existed and was never properly addressed since launch, there is no end game content.

I hit 85 pit on hardcore with 3 mythics on minion necro so far seems like I can push to 90.

But definitely agree necro is definitely not too tear but also isn’t trash

I don’t want to to be that guy, but for your SB it won’t be any easier in the mid season patch.

On the bright side, maybe you can get 75 with necro.

What builds?

Your SB should roflstomp pit 100 and I just did a pit 65 with a fresh minion necro that had only had one glyph at level one. Barely any aspects, no tempering or MW. The gear I had was grandfather, perdition and shroud but otherwise just random pieces I had and missing mendelin.
I hit 60, threw on the gear and plunked in my 297 paragon points, went into a pit 65 and finished 7 min later with no deaths

And I don’t consider this game one of skill.

Here is how I play my necro… put face on keyboard and roll it back and forth lol.

Maxroll quill volley (have all the right gear and stats). But it doesn’t matter. I said right off, it’s a matter of my skill limit. Same with necro. Maxroll minion build with decrep, veins, and rift. Got decent mythics, uniques, and ancestrals on both. I just suck. lol Just being honest.

Fair enough. Sounds like our builds are similar and I don’t consider myself all that special either.
Well, wish you the best. GL&HF

150 is easily doable on SB. Just get glove with lucky hit restore resource. Drop midnight ring. Get two rings with life and attack speed and tempered plains potency power. Doesnt have to have all GA. You can do it with just 1 GA.

There is in game challenge you can unlock if you can complete Pit 150, if unlocking accolade is meaningful for you.

Completing Pit 150 need better gear and good strategy, as you no longer can one shoot the mobs in Pit 150 as they have quadrillions HP. There a many vids on YT you can refer to. I find that pushing shorter completion time in Pit 150 is still a fun activity, as I start to pay attention to monster affix and how the progress bar work in the Pit. All this will have huge impact to your completion time, it is the skill part of the game.

I sincerely appreciate all the kind incentives you have all left for me. But after two strokes and developing arthritis robbed me of a significant portion of my hand-to-eye coordination and reaction time, I’ve gone as far as I can. The gear I have on my SB is tailored according to what is on the maxroll page for my build. In some cases, they have even more GA’s than what is shown. It is purely a skill (and patience) issue at this point. There are times when I occasionally seize, due to the neurological damage. Of course, that’s an in-game death. As for challenges, as per OliveShard, I’m only driven by the goals I set for myself. I’d honestly, be most happy if they simple gave us an option to replay the campaign on higher difficulties if we so chose. Completing it on all difficulties would be my goal. Things like dungeons, hordes, and pit just don’t interest me much. I only do them because that’s all there is to do. And, I’ve lost the impetus.
