Wail of the Forgotten (Investigate the Abandoned Home) <BUG>

Quest asks you to investigate the Abandoned Home in the Kurast Bazaar. Every time I try to enter the home, my game gets stuck at the loading screen.

Tried: Restarting PS5, Restoring License, Restarting the game, changing the difficulty.

Nothing has worked.

Same situation. I tried simplifying the mount to a basic one and even unequipping all my equipment to no avail. Still gets stuck at the loading screen. I am wondering why how the speedrunning streamers got past this bug. So might bethe bug got introduced recently.

Xbox Series X and I am stuck on a loading screen to investigate the abandoned home. I turned off my Xbox and back on then stuck again.

Same here (I’m on PC)

Having the same issue on PC. I did a scan and repair, disconnected all devices, closed all background apps, firewall etc… staring at my loading screen watching my toon look around as confused as I am. lol

same exact issue currently and can’t progress - reloading does not fix the issue.
PC - Battle.net

Update:
Playing on PC - Battle.net - level 48 Spiritborn
I was able to progress this quest by increasing the difficulty to the highest that was available to me (Penitence).

Likewise, I removed all transmog from my gear (probably unrelated). It’s likely there’s a hidden difficulty requirement that was not considered.
