Why isn’t this gem a staple in all EQ builds? Isn’t EQ damage DOT last time I checked?
No. The only damage over time we have is bleed
Welcome to nowadays software programming, sir. A wonderful time when you can have something literally doing damage over time and not counting as DoT simultaneously.
P.S. Suggest you to use gem with x8% to main core stat which combined with executioner’s aspect will provide eq damage increase for x15-90%+.
