VULNERABLE be gone!

Please, for the love of almighty God, give us option to remove COMBAT TEXT and KEEP damage numbers, instead of opposite what you provided.

I mean, who can even think that one would keep “vulnerable” text but turn off damage numbers.

Cant see nothing, and vulnerable is the reason. Ruins the pretty game this is.

They are already purple, I already see im foritfied on my health… I dont need text to tell me.

Please make it go away.

Obviously I don’t want turn everything off, seeing big numbers is dopamine inducing, but text doesnt serve any purpose. And to think that you made a decision to give us option to turn off damage numbers and leave text… incredible, kind of summarizes this whole Diablo 4 journey.

I actually turn off damage numbers. As long as monsters are dead thats fine for me…

But you certantly don’t choose an option to leave combat text turned on.

What kind of sick person would choose that

I dont like seeing too many numbers on the screen thats all

No, I get it, it makes sense and it should be an option to turn off numbers/everything.

I’m just saying, the other option should be to turn off combat text and leave numbers, because combat text on it’s own doesn’t provide any value and it procs so often that it fills up your screen and you can’t see the monsters you are killing.

I don’t notice it myself, if we’re being honest, but I’m all for more options in the game, especially when it comes to customization. I know this has been a long fought for request too.

Yea, doesn’t bother me in the slightest, as long as the enemies die that’s all I’m worried about lol. I get it though, it can be absurd like in that video. Again I’m all for the option being in the game to get rid of it though. Just because I may not use an option, doesn’t mean I won’t endorse having it in the game, wouldn’t hurt me any.

any other fake problems you’d like to annoy and distract everyone with?

I envy you! When I think about it, I always played games with as less HUD or things on screen as possible. But yeah, you would agree though that the option to keep combat text and disable damage numbers makes no sense at all, and that it should be the opposite?

Agree, a lot of time I cant see my damage number in build testing because the big Vulnerable text covered the damage numbers.

It doens’t bother Me at all. As long as they (Monsters) Die as soon/quickly as possible.

I’m always moving, I’m always looking around trying to dodge of screen attacks (Like those Stupid Little Red Electrical Balls, I swear next to Poison they take away 75% of my health no matter what resistances I have on.)

However- having options is never a bad thing…

THOUGH I think that something like this is something the Dev’s aren’t worry about. They have other bigger issues to fix first (IMO).

Diablo has never been a game with a damage log. Why would this change now?

The numbers scroll so fast it is hard to see anything anyways, especially when you have Bleeds.

Players record their play and watch back the video in slow mode to analyse the numbers if they are dedicated to find out the difference of each option. It is necessary for min maxing as many skill in D4 don’t behave like what it says in description or those text is too vague.

I want it all off. Those numbers have six too may zeroes on them. I couldn’t care less about hugely inflated damage numbers as long as monsters die and I don’t.

They can turn text and numbers off seperatly in D3 I don’t see why they can’t here. Lazy design is all.

Same goes for error message spam.

Your mana is empty!!! Not enough Mana!!! :sob::sob::sob::sob:

I got fat fingers I need to spam!
