VRAM Memory Leak still there?

or is my 3060ti für high texture to low? i mean that card isnt that old. problem. after 1h hour the game begins to lag. FPS on 3440x1440 is about 80fps. when i switch texture quality to medium and then back to high it runs again perfect for an hour.

A thread from 6 days ago with the same issue and same work around (e.g. switch graphics presets when the problem starts occurring).
