Party member’s voices were really low last night. Anytime i adjusted the voice chat volume it would reset to 6% or 4%. It would never save the level I slid it to.
Had an XBOX and PS5 player in party with same issues.
I am experimenting the same issue. Any solutions?
Same issue here on PC, tried in menu and in world options, doesnt save the new Voice Chat Volume setting.

I was able to go in to the D4 folder in My Docs and adjsut the pref file. There is a setting for voice output. I set it from 0.140000 to 1.00000 (check the file for the correct length of the 0s). This helped others hear me. Until i logged out. Then I logged in the next day same issue. And the file was still at 1.00000
It seems it is now tied to the "mster volum:. I set that to 100% but turned down all the game sounds, ambient stuff to 10. I was then able to bump the voice to 100.

This is definitely the answer. It is not clear in the settings that the Master Volume affects the voice volume.
It’s harder and harder to love Blizz. They ignore the problem that has existed for almost half a year.
